The homogenization & emulsification unit is a well sealed equipment that combines low-speed wall scraping and stirring, high shear emulsification pump, circulation pipeline, vacuum sealing system, circuit control, and other equipment. The equipment can be customized with various specifications of vacuum sealing, heating or cooling, electric control and other functions to meet the needs of the laboratory test and mass production.
1.Emulsification: the process of preparing stable lotion from immiscible liquid;
2.Homogenization: The process of further depolymerizing, refining, and homogenizing materials in a dispersed system;
3.Dispersion: insoluble solid powder or slurry dispersed in liquid to prepare solid-liquid dispersion system;
4.Dissolution: Dissolve a soluble solid or liquid in another liquid to prepare a solution;
5.Mixing: uniformly mixing multiple dispersion systems to prepare a new material.
The single stage emulsification pump adopts horizontal structure; One set of rotator and stator is installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single stage two layers or single stage six layers structure, with dual coupling between the rotators and stators.
The intermediate shaft is driven by a motor for high-speed operation, vacuum condition occurs between rotor and stator,The material is sucked into the rotor&stator cavity from the inlet of the sinlge/jacket tank, Rotor driven by the strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed,material will fly out after strong crushing, tearing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction,etc between the gap of the stator and rotor,under the action of a variety of different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and materials flow out from the outlet. it can make multiple cycle process according to requirements.
